Kefir Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup kefir
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 ripe mango, diced OR about 1/2 cup of any fresh or frozen fruit
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Nuts or seeds for topping (e.g., almonds, pumpkin seeds)
Instructions:
Mix rolled oats, kefir, chia seeds, fruit, and maple syrup in a jar.
Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
Top with nuts or seeds before serving.
