Kefir Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup kefir

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 ripe mango, diced OR about 1/2 cup of any fresh or frozen fruit

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • Nuts or seeds for topping (e.g., almonds, pumpkin seeds)

Instructions:

  1. Mix rolled oats, kefir, chia seeds, fruit, and maple syrup in a jar.

  2. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

  3. Top with nuts or seeds before serving.
