Kefir Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup kefir

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

  • Handful of spinach

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine kefir, banana, berries, and spinach.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Taste and add honey if additional sweetness is desired.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy your nutritious kefir smoothie!
