Kefir Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup kefir
1 banana
1/2 cup berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
Handful of spinach
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine kefir, banana, berries, and spinach.
Blend until smooth.
Taste and add honey if additional sweetness is desired.
Pour into a glass and enjoy your nutritious kefir smoothie!
